I stayed here while at a conference at CIN, the staff were very attentive and the restaurant was superb - great food and knowledgable, helpful staff. The room looked out to the back and was very quiet, perhaps slightly austere but spotlessly clean with an excellent shower.

I travel a lot, worldwide. I always look to the opinions on Tripadvisor for the hotelbooking. Brest, I knew not a nice bombarded city. So let's look for a 4 star hotel, the upper level. I found quite positive, hotel Oceania. I asiel by phone for the biggest room. There is one room with a bath and shower, their nicest... More

Having read through your review, the team was most disapointed to note the kind of service you experienced at the hotel, such a shame you didn't raise your concerns with me when I greeted you at breakfast. I sincerely apologise if you feel you were not provided with enough pillows and if our biggest room, 504, 30m², was too small,... More

This hotel is located about 10 min from the train station. The rooms are nice, nothing special or overly large but worked great for one night while on business travel. The staff was friendly. Breakfast cost 15 euro and included breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts, meats, cheeses, eggs, tea, coffee, juice, cereals, etc. The windows are doubled up so one... More

Clean hotel, very good locaction. good breakfast. But avoid room at the front as it can be noisy with Trams going up and down till late. No Fridge in the room!!!. Very helpful reception staff. No Car Park so have to park on the road and from 9 am to 6 pm -pay on the machine.

In city centre this hotel is well situated. Easy to reach by tramway or taxi. Buffet breakfast is better than what you will find in many other French hotels. Rooms are quiet, On street side the windows are sound proof. TV in room has different channels, including BBC One, BBC World and Sky News. There may be more, but this... More

We used this hotel as our staging point for our 6 days in western France. The hotel is situated on one of the main streets of Brest with a tram rail going both east and west. On the first night I thought it was noisy outside and would have trouble sleeping as there was a bar right across the street... More

I stayed there for my business trip in Brest. This is one of the best stays I had so far. The rooms are very clean. Service is awesome. Moreover, one of the best breakfasts you can think of! Connected to Bus and Tram to all parts of the city. I enjoyed the foods of the Indian Restaurant near to this... More

As you probably have read by now, the city of Brest has nothing special in itself, but its position and size make it a good place to stay to explore the area of Finisterre in the french Britanny. In Brest, the Oceania (there is another hotel of the Oceania chain, called Brest, of inferior category) is a perfect option: central,... More
