Most important; the bed was comfortable and there was no noise = good sleep! This despite being close to the main dual carriageway. Good value for money! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for an overnight stop. Clean, well priced and good customer service.Parking safe and secure, no noticable road noise and rooms clean and adequate.Never going to be a holiday hotel but perfect for overnight commute stop - the staff (even late at night) were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Very very good value - staff always helpful and friendly. A little too far from the centre if visiting Chartres on foot, but if you don't mind driving and parking in the centre it's a good choice. We stop off in Chartres on our way to and from UK and we have used this hotel for the last 8 years.

room and reception on arrival good. Night security was talking so loudly at midnight that he woke us up. Bed uncomfortable. Never to return to hotel. We had such a bad night night it made the rest of our journey dangerous because we were so tired
