The staff on reception were very efficient and friendly. the bedooms was large and beds were very comfortable, with penty of pillows. The w.c. was separated from the bathroom, which was very useful and there was a door separating off the corridor and bathroom, which kept the bedroom very quiet. You know what you get when you check in at a Mercure hotel - this one was no different. We did look at a number of options in Tours but I have to say that this Mercure Hotel was better than most. Nothing special about anything but well worth the cost of accommodation. Everything was nice and clean.
