All previous comments are true but honestly the place is quite basic without any features making it extraordinairy. Friendly people and for 90 euro's including breakfast not a bad choice. The rooms in the attic get very hot if the weather is nice outside and hardly cool of at night.

Parva Domus is a well renovated old Champagne B&B in the heart of Epernay with a truly local feel.
