Stayed here recently as a stopover on a longer journey. Great big family room, with sofa bed made up for the children in advance (not always the case), very modern bathroom, breakfast included in the price, good selection to keep everyone happy. Definitely recommend it. Family friendly restaurants near by.

Very noisy bar across from room. Kept awake for two hours. Mentioned noise when I checked out but they seemed to disbelieve me. Will not be staying again. Breakfast was also poor and in my opinion £130 euros is expensive for an Ibis.

We used Ibis at Troyes as a stop gap to travelling to the Alps on a skiing holiday. Can not fault anything. But the only let down was the free coffee and tea which was served at any time in reception could have been fresher (not warm enough). Well recommended if you are visiting Troyes for a weekend break.

After checking on TA, we booked IBIS Styles for a stop over in Troyes. We arrived and parked in the secure parking - costing €10.00 for the night. Our room was clean and very modern. I have stayed at a number of hotels in France for stop overs and I must say that for the money and location this is at the top of the list. I have only stopped at a couple of Ibis hotels in the past and frankly can’t stand them as it’s like sleeping in and Aeroplanes toilet but not this... More

Great stopover hotel. Was a bit disappointed with room this time and also very disappointed to learn that Ibis no longer participate in the Accor A Club program midweek meaning I didn't get points on the way there or back! This needs to be made clearer on the Accor booking system!

Everything about this hotel is very good, expect they do not have a full evening meal menu. They have a snack menu, but this is no good if you can't eat wheat or cream. Centrally located and very pleasant with secure underground parking, The staff are very helpful and the bar area clean and welcoming. All rooms are non smoking. Highly recommend as a value for money overnight stop.
