Stayed 3 nights. Nice part of Paris with good restaurants in the neighborhood. The service was acceptable. Very small room, not enough space for 2 suitcases. The breakfast was thin. No fresh bread when we left Sunday morning. Had to ring a bell each time we would enter the hotel.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews from trip advisor and was not disappointed. We were in room 22 on the second floor and found it to be very comfortable for our 6 night trip to Paris. The metro was a short distance away. Eric and John recommended a few wonderful restaurants near the hotel which we loved.

The lift was broken when we arrived and staff were sympathetic and helpful; without a hint of a grumble, carried our suitcases to the 5th floor Zen Suite (!) while the lift was being fixed. The service provided by this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious! The mini bar is free, phone calls are free and wifi is free. The room is small but you are here to see Paris not a hotel room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends!
