This hotel is located on a quieter side of Paris and is some distance away from the heart of the city. It is nevertheless very accessible because of the intricately efficient Paris Metro. The Nation station is just about 10 minutes of walk away on a quiet street with a few people passing by. There's a restaurant in every corner... More

Short family vacation in Paris so needed a base. Well kept but a little bit tired. It does however have character and was very much what we would have expected from a mid-level hotel (I think 4 star is a stretch but its a good 3 star). Good value for money and with a willing and helpful staff. It has... More

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Access from the street is flat, and from the courtyard there is a lift up to your rooms. However, between the reception there is a staircase and I was unable to find a way to get around it. Rooms were very tidy. A baby bed was provided and installed when we arrived. More

It was a nice hotel with smiling staff. The rooms were clean enough. I stayed at a room for 4 person with 2 standard beds, one sofa and a bed hanged on the wall. It was not too big enough but satisfactory for a tourists. The breakfast was also satisfying. The croissants, mueslies, fruits were fresh all the time. 5... More

My room (Debussy 81) was dingy, stuffy, and small. Fortunately, the windows open, so I could get some fresh air in, although you also thereby get noise in. It is not a quiet hotel. It felt shabby although it actually wasn't too bad, so I assume that was a result of bad design choices: the little desk looked like a... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was Ok but we felt it was quite expensive. We had a spotless room, not huge, but it had a fridge, sink and cooking facilities. It took us ages to find the room as there are 3 buildings interconnected. Our room was at the entrance to the third one and people came... More

I was booked into this hotel by a major French festival (I am a professional composer-musician). When checking the hotel on-line I came across two of the latest TripAdvisor reviews documenting "bedbugs". I immediately tried to change the booking, but was not able. So, I stayed with trepidation....First, let me say that I corresponded with both T.A. reviewers, and found... More

My daughter woke up in the middle of the night to find the bed and all her stuff covered in bedbugs. They moved her to an adjoining room but she was very upset. They had not checked the infected room until after we complained again around 11.00 am the following morning when they sent in their regular cleaners. At our... More

I stayed here and woke up in the night to find my bed visibly crawling with huge bedbugs. Check with staff whether they have treated the problem before you book. DO NOT BOOK room 1 cesanne! More

Although the hotel room is not big but it's clean, comfortable and quiet and has everything including a small kitchen(convenient!!) and AC (but you don't usually need it). Location-wise, it's convenient. First of all it's not too far from the metro and bus stations. Second, there are supermarkets, traditional market (a interesting place!!) and restaurants around. Third, there are still... More
