Renovation is almost finished, so the rooms are bright and clean. 5 min from metro and Arc de Triomphe, windows facing a calm street and nice atmosphere inside. The bar has funny interior. Think it will become very bright when renovation is fully over.

Noise, dust and poor qualityservice. Very poor value for money. Construction in place without prior information. Possibly once constructions are over the noise and dust can be overcome. Ideal location howver perfctly situated in a quite area right next to Arc de tromphe.
