The only thing recommending this hotel is the price. Nobody spoke any English. I was in a ground floor room on an inside courtyard complete with large trash cans. People coming and going all night. I pushed a bed against the door and slept with the lights on. Horrible!

Very bad experience. The heating system was not working, especially at night. Very noisy. The staff was very unfriendly. Definitely to avoid.
