The staff were lovely, the room was quite nicely designed but it was right next to the reception and the shared toilet. We were awoken several times by reception activity and twice by someone vomiting in the toilet. Plus, there was no outlook. the window faced into another part of the building and the net curtain was not removable.

Husband and myself stayed for 3 nights over May bank holiday weekend. We are familiar with the area, which we love and knew exactly where the hotel was located. We stayed at crystal hotel on 13-16 march. The location was fantastic! Very near the metro station (Saint Germain des-Pres) and its on the direct line from Gare du Nord. Best location in Paris, very nice people, good rooms. Sometimes they have promotions on their websites. If you can get one it could be very cheap for the quality. It's located in St. Germain des Prés, right behind the famous Café de Flore.
