After a 3 night stay, I would advise those considering this hotel to seek elsewhere. Upon checking in, we were met by an unfriendly front desk person. The hotel was very clean, good breakfast and very close to the tram/metro station. Near the hotel you can find restaurants and a supermarket. The personal talk only french, no english, italian, espanish. The rooms was very small , but confortable.

By traveling in Europe, Middle East and Africa, I identify the average hotel in Paris as small room, not very clean and more expensive that it should be. So, according to my expectations for a hotel in Paris, this hotel was OK. Not much to expect, but it served me for my stay

This hotel is very close to the Balard Metro and Tram station.and its a 7min walks to the Expo. afew restaurans along the street,where a supermarket and pharmacy can be found. This hotel really is in an odd location, as it is very far to everything. If you have luggage, it's quite the walk from the train station. Breakfast is not included in the price, though you can buy it for a ridiculous amount. Wi-fi is also not included. All in all, wouldn't stay here - find something closer in Paris.

Not a bad hotel especially for the price The main benefit being good off street parking and good in room Internet Chair a bit low for the desk hampers working:-( Has a restaurant but you are surely better off elsewhere to eat Otherwise no complaints
