The location is ideal, near the opera and metro station. Even though the lobby looks luxurious, the rooms are very small, dark, with dirty carpets. The bathroom was another dissapointment: broken marble tiles and poor ventilation. We're just back from a week in Paris. This hotel was located in a fantastic spot with several métro stops/lines right nearby. The bed was comfy, linens and towels high quality, and the room had a lot of storage space. Decorated with antiques, a real crystal chandelier, and plenty of light.
