Stayed in September 2012 over 4 days. Whatever Whenever concierge service assisted us in recommending and booking restaurants/cafes for us to try. Room was comfortable and not a big deal with the size. The rainshower was lovely and the usual W amenities were wonderful. Had breakfast once - was decent but expensive. Stayed here for three nights with my girlfriend and it was exactly what you'd expect from a W Hotel- stylish, clean and friendly. Unfortunately because the hotel is so popular, it is very unlikely you will get a room upgrade if you hold SPG Gold / Platinum. The location is excellent, we will stay here again.

Great view on the opera from the room, very cosy lounge outside, ideal to drink some champagne before dinner, the restaurant on the second floor is very good, great staff very friendly, doesn't feel like paris....
