This is no doubt close to the Eiffel Tower, and has very pleasant check in staff and restaurant waiters, but it is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are grubby and dirty, small, need cleaning and have uncomfortable beds. And the refusal to allow guests to leave their coats with their suitcases is both ridiculous and offensive. More
