- Accor Paris Opera Garnier

Stayed in this hotel for a night prior to my Godson's Christening in December 2011 - nothing wrong with it (it coming the night after a Christmas Party, I slept very well), and the staff were friendly. The staffs in the hotel were very helpful and they were welcomed to offer any assistance to customers. Very good service. They could also offer assistance to arrange transportation to airport and saved lots of inconvenience of the customers.

Well, I arrive and to my surprise, they said they "have a problem" and have no room. Had to wait for them to get me a taxi and was moved to another...
