We stayed at this hotel in order to visit the theatre at Le Chatelet. We wanted to be nearby so were amazed to find the hotel was actually located within the same building which was wonderful. This is a very nice small hotel which has been renovated recently. The top floor rooms are within the mansard roof so may not... More

Small hotel, next to the metro station Châtelet. Easy access to all tourist atractions and safe area. Close to Rue de Rivoli and Pont Neuf. Recently renovated. Rooms are small but very clean and quiet. Staff are very attentive and speak Portuguese. 4 times I've been staying here alone or with my husband and would stay again. I would recommend... More

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and it wasn't fine! Actually, the location is the best thing of this hotel... When we arrived we heard a constant weird noise on the roof/ wall of the room... I talked with the staff and they told me that they looked on the roof, but they didn't find the cause of the... More

This was our first visit to Paris, and it was made even better because while it was freezing outside we always returned to a beautifully warm, clean room, with hot water whatever time of the day. Our room had a kettle with large cups, good quality tea and coffee replenished each day. We felt very secure in this area, also... More

The staff are GREAT. Every person I met were so helpful and they are a big plus for the hotel. The other huge plus is its absolutely unbelievable location. Close to major sightseeing locations and right near a Metro station that has links everywhere. I arrived during -9 degree temperatures, yet my room was warm, with a view outside of... More

We spent 5 nights here...our third trip to this hotel. It's a hidden, in expensive, gem in the best possible location in Paris. Literally a few steps out of the door and you are at one of the entrances to the Chatelet Metro station where so many metro and RER lines run through you will hardly ever have to take... More

I want to write great things about this hotel, I really do. I will start by saying the owner is a gem. She cares so much about each and every person who comes into her business and went so far to give our son a beautiful tower chocolate. My husband got a terrible cold she wanted to send tea up... Good location. Poor breakfast, over 7 euros for a glass of juice , a croissant and a tea. Ludicrous garish mural of Louvre or similar on wall behind bed. Tiny room. No tea, coffee, or anything to drink in room. Very expensive.

We spent two nights in Paris and chose this hotel as it was recommended by a colleague. It was quaint, but very nice. It only has a small 'storefront' and is easy to miss. It also has one of the smallest lifts we have ever seen. We could fit, just, our two bags and one person, even then you had... More

Having stayed in Paris many times on business I've yet to find what I would call an excellent hotel, this one is a good compromise between standards, location, and price. Its next to Chatelet Metro/RER so it's very easy to get around the city from here, and there are many shops, bars, and restaurants within a short distance. Staff are... More
