This Mercure is close to the centre of town, but in a most insalubrious location. Our room looked out over the pedestrian route to the centre of town - a dark, barely lit staircase inhabited by vagrants and other suspicious characters. I really like having the window that opens up all the way. Right next door there is a nice mall and past that is the main city center. It is a little walk around the hotel to get there, but not bad. I had a few drinks at the bar and it was enjoyable. The staff was helpful and nice. More
