The reviews that knock this hotel are unfair. It is a very attractive building (Provencal seigneurial large manor house) in a tiny "hameau" (town) of similar golden stone buildings just 4 kilometers outside of lovely Uzes. atmosphere romantic and calm good neighbors but the quality of service is so sad the water bottle was dirty at the resto hair ball ! inside the bath towel etc... surprisingly sad

Simply revolting room. Terrible smell, beat up. No shower. Toilet jammed against the wall. Rude staff. Free internet only worked if I help computer against the wall. OVERPRICED dump. Maybe the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, would do anything to go back in time and NOT go here.

Reserved and arrived on time, it took 45 minutes before they discovered we were there...it took another 20 minutes before a drink was served. Bread came only beacause we asked for it! Tastfull dishes that only could be at that pricelevel with an exellent service.
