As many facilities in Lourdes the hotel would nee a major refurbish. It is old and not much goods. The bathroom was freezing....and the bed lines had hairs left from previous guest. service was overall bad...not even a bye when I left Internet is free which.is a.plus. The personnel hardly speak English

Nice hotel, perfect location just 10 mins walking from Sanctuary and Grotto. We booked a four beds room, not too large but enough for our needs. Clean and good enough for the money we paid. Reccommended for families.

Location is super, staff very friendly, room clean and spacious, breakfast buffet excellent (fresh fruit) and we even got a parking space directly in front of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone !!!

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The hotel as general was clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the train station and around 10 min from the Sanctuary. But as Lourdes is a small town, you are able to walk everywhere.

For staying two nights it was the right location as the sites were all withing walking distance. Many other hotels were closed this time of the year.
