A very pleasant small hotel near the Pont Nouveau in central Toulouse. Very helpful staff and quiet, comfortable rooms, some overlook thhe River Garonne, and on a clear day have views of the distant Pyrenés mountains. Decent breakfast.

This hotel is outrageously priced for what you get. We booked a room for 4 people - I asked for two double beds. When we arrived they had a room with two twin beds (for a mere 170 euros!!)
