This is a very tastefully renovated and decorated hotel (2008), done with respect for its aviation history. Right on a corner of the Place Capitole, offering very comfortable and luxurious rooms. We arrived at the hotel after a 7 day tour through the lovely French countryside, where we stayed at wonderful 5 star chateaux and inns. The room (422) was tastefully decorated and the lighting is sophisticated. It's at the back of the hotel. Even with open the windows it's quiet. Good bed quality. The free WiFi worked flawlessly. On our arrival the service was professional and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean, loved the details from the toiletries to the coffee machine. We had requested a quiet room and were allocated a room at the back of the hotel which was perfect. The linen and towels were lovely quality. We can't comment on breakfast as we ate out.... More
