Stayed at Sejours et Affaires in mid December as part of pre-Christmas trip with friends. Accommodation was very disappointing - poor noise control and very basic facilities. Have stayed in a number of locations in Lille and love the town but would definitely not return to this hotel.

Non English speaking, rude staff. The room was around 20 square meters big instead of 40 advertised. The room was spacious, although the layout could have been improved. It was clean, warm, modern, there was a fridge and minimal cooking facilities (we didn't use it but it was great for making a coffee when you fancied), proper bath and plenty of hot water, comfortable bed with a duvet. Only stayed one night, in-transit to another destination. Very handy for the Eurostar & Flandres stations. Great location for Lille centre. Staff helpfull & friendly. Rooms clean although could do with a lick of paint. Our room was fine but other friends staying had miss-fitting window which kept them awake.Good hotel for a short stop over.

i was not advised in advanced of the hours that the reception would have staff on duty during the weekend, which in turn made the processes of obtaining the access code and room key complicated.

The room was filthy upon arrival. Hair in shower, floors not cleaned, filth and dust on all baseboards. Pull out sofa, not a real bed - very, very uncomfortable. Front desk rarely monitored. Rooms are tiny, beds are pull-out bunk beds and are VERY uncomfortable. The lift foyer has been vandilsed with acid on the carpets and spray paint on the walls. I looks like a ghetto. Parking is Euro 26 per day. Say away..

Great location, it is a part of a big shopping mall and mega grocery store. Across the street from the train station. Five minute walk from the center of town!
