I loved the hotel and it`s location was absolutely perfect. Rouen is such a beautiful place. I could stay there in the square forever and watch the kiddies play and poeple stroll... Very French. The hotel staff did not speak English well and were not overly friendly but I don`t require that. I like to be left to myself.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location right in the centre of Rouen. Superb bar for an apero or cocktail, with a view into the pool via a glass floor. As was winter we didn't pack any swimwear, but the spa looked fantastic. Next time...

Adored this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful (gave great advice regarding the surrounding area) Our room was spotless clean and a great choice for breakfast, the only (slight) downer was the dinner menu had a great selection but not as tasteful as expected, but the wine and cocktail selections were excellent! Would def go back!

This is a great hotel. Really well located. The rooms are lovely as is the spa, bar and bistro. Our only issue with this hotel is that the service was a bit hit and miss, not really 5 star. Also Wi-Fi didnt really work, which in a hotel like this you would expect all the details to be in check.
