The rooms were nice and clean. The service was wonderful and the breakfasts with fresh squeezed orange juice helped make for a wonderful stay! It is near the train station and an easy walk to the Chateau. I wish we would have had more time in this city!

I traveled with a group of Tourism professionals. The rooms are outdated. The bath tub still had hair in it and the bathroom was smelly. breakfast was quite average. I would look for a private nice B&B outside town. People who get to this area have a car anyway.

Loved this hotel. Excellent location across from train station and only a 10 minute walk from the chateau and other sites. Pretty decor which was much nicer than more expensive hotels in other areas of the Loire. Enough light to read in bed by (a rarity in French hotels), and mounted high enough so you could hold a book up.... More

Excellent location near the SNCF Gare, but a cut above the average traveler hotels located around train stations. Angers is a delightful city, and it's small enough that you can see it all on foot from this hotel. There's even a good selection of restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Coming to Angers?
