We were a couple of grandparents with a 12 year old grandson & the sofa opened into a very large bed for him. Love this hotel. Our room was freshly refurbished, the staff were fantastic and the location is perfect. The only thing that needs attention is the client comfort supplies from housekeeping. There was not enough tea, coffee etc but the front staff quickly looked after us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very pleased with the high standard, the hospitality and the modern layout of this hotel in the heart of the city of Avignon. Very competent and friendly staff. Great breakfast facilities. Rooms are spacious and with all luxury required. Excellent price/quality stay. Will certainly visit again.

Ok hotels have to refurbish but the scale of this meant only two floors operating and nothing on ground floor. New rooms are comfy with soft or firm pillows. Bathroom with reduced length sunken bath. On arrival, reception/lobby, it was clearly evident that Hotel undergoing major renovations. Although room allocated (608) newly renovated, lingering odour of pain smell remained. In addition unusual and unpleasant odour in dining/breakfast room remained present throughout stay. Major renovations being undertaken and numerous trades persons moving equipment about, particularly in lobby and reception area.

We were very pleased with the location. It is right next to the Palais du Papes. There was a Christmas market set upon the square right outside. Staff was friendly and competent. Good value. Spacious room. Everything worked. An economy hotel done right!

Stayed here for 2 nights on business due to it's proximity to the Palais du Papes. Hotel is aged and could do with refurb, but location was excellent and the staff were superb. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast good, didnt eat in the restaurant for dinner so can't comment on that. All in all a good stay in an average... More
