We booked this hotel through booking.com (booked it as Hotel Innova, they are changing the hotel name and managemente as well) and got frutrated with the service. We arrived at 19.00 and the hotel clerk was didn't know English, as it is inside the old city walls it's impossible to park the car close to the hotel. After finding someone who could speak English we were told that a problem happened with our reservation and that there were only rooms with shared toilet, as it was quite late to find another hotel we decided to stay there.
The room we got was not 100% clean, the bath was clogged and there's a noisy bar in front of the hotel, certainly not a good experience.
