The hotel was a little tricky to find at first but once found, its location with its proximity to Centre Ville and the Palais des Papes was excellent. A very nice hotel and even though there was no elevator the owner carried our luggage up to our room, a very helpful touch. Gracious hosts. Be aware they close between noon and two pm so time your arrival well. Wonderful location and as other people have said very helpful hosts.

It's a very simple hotel with small rooms, very very clean. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast room is tiny, so we didn't take the breakfast there. Very authentic little hotel on a quiet but central historic street. The room was lovely with fresh lavender in the wardrobe to make everything smell lovely. The shower was very powerful, and the bathroom clean. Wifi was also excellent. The staff running the hotel were very friendly and gave good advice on where to go for drinks etc. Recommended.
