This is a small and welcoming hotel a 5 min walk from the Croisette via the oldest street in Cannes bustling with restaurants at night time The hotel is basic and there is a lot of noise from the road and the church bells. However the pool is lovely and the staff cannot do enough for you.

This hotel is adjacent to the dual carriageway and some unattractive apartment blocks, although some rooms have a view of Le Suquet and the sea, as their website suggests. The rooms are tired, the plumbing in mine was a little dodgy and the staff are mostly indifferent. Certainly not a place I'd rush back to.

Nice hotel, perched on top of town 5 mins walk from the main marina. All rooms super clean and fresh. However, 12Euros for a breakfast and especially 17Euros for Wifi access are extortionate!
