Tiny and I mean Tiny room, reasonably clean but really noisy. Public rooms grubby and not very inviting, impossible slope from entrance to lift if disabled. Told that No parking available when we arrived, had to use horrible and expensive local underground park. Location not bad, 20 min walk to the front.

Location is good, rooms are clean and have AC, but there is no balcony and view is nothing special. Rooms are quite small. I didn't have meals there, only bed was included in the price, but of course you can pay extra and have that too. Overall, an average hotel.

Small basic hotel with the best possible location in Cannes. - Located on Rue Marceau so it's about 5-7 mins walk to the Croissette. Once on the Croissette, either side towards Majestic or Gutter Bar, it's an almost equal walk. The location is perfect: it's very close to the city center and you can basically do everything by foot! However, the service is not that good. The receptionists speak only french and they are more interested in speaking between each other than helping/serving the clients! Breakfast is good but could also be better.
