Close to the beach (10 min of walking) and a supermarket. Good restaurants nearby, we did not try the breakfast because we found it pricy (9 euros per person). Good bakeries close to the hotel, for 3 euros you can eat for 2. Staff were ok

it's really near the principal tourist attraction and the train station, so everything is convenient. in addition, it's close to a supermarket "Monoprix"

Stayed here for one night and it had a very pleasant stay. Clean and good sized room and bathroom. Bang opposite the train station and 10 minutes walk to the beach, the location is unbeatable! Would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking to spend 2-3 nights in Cannes in a reasonable budget range.
