Spent 3 nights, side sea view room. Good location, free on street parking, nice outdoor terrace. Large bathroom and dressing gowns. Poor service - waited for tea, then received hot water in teapot and no teabag! Close to town so easy to walk along promenade. Pontoon closed, which was a shame, as limited space outside. Hallways need refurb/redecorating.
