Very nice hotel, just 15min driving from Cannes center. The rates are reasonable according to the season (new year day) and the personal is very kind. You can stay in a small cottage with all the confort.

Brilliant 2 storey villa - excellent price for location. Great pools. Great food. Family thought I would have had to pay 10 times what I did. Beach is a bit of a walk, but very do-able...could catch a bus. I want to go back!!!
