need to get information on public transport accessment as backup plan in case change of plan to without own transport. ( this hotel is located 4km away from cannes town) besides, soundproof is need further improvement as hearing sound walking, dorr opening and closed and toilet flash.

If all you want is a bed for the night and a place to shower, then this is OK. But be aware it's a drive away from Mougins village.

Big clean room, some stains on carpet. Basically its just a bed, a tv, a bathroom. plain, basic, simple. The colour scheming is fairly ugly. It is not sound proof- I have had trouble sleeping with screaming children and other 'things'. There is free wireless internet in the rooms, free parking, vending machines. Spacious rooms with a bathroom. We wanted a non smoking room and stayed in a smoking one which was terrible for us. You need a car to get to the centre of Cannes but it´s O.K. There is no restaurants nearby the hotel. If you need an accommodation in Cannes for a reasonable price, it´s pretty o.k.

Very nice hotel with nice view of the sea. Very nice staff. They have a desfibrillator!! Nice free parking.
