Easy to find one story walk up. Clean basic rooms. Nice family run hotel. Forget their breakfast the pastry shop downstairs is fantastic. You could smell bread and pastries from 5 am wafting into the room. Love the old town feel. The only negative is the church bells.

This is a 1 star hotel so its no frills. It is in an awesome location in Old Nice ( the best part of nice) It is simple, clean, quiet and friendly and i have stayed here about 5 times over the last 9 years and its been a pleasure every time.
