We stayed for 4 nights on a package deal where breakfast was included. We found the rooms to be a good size (3 of us in a privelige), clean and well-stocked with coffee, soaps etc, etc. Breakfast was generous and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Central location made it ideal for roaming around. More

The Hotel Massena offers a great value to the winter traveler. On arrival were were upgraded by the friendly staff to a "privilege' room from the "tradition" we had booked. The room was a decent size, newly renovated, and very clean. There was a king size bed with new bedding, a Juliet balcony, a table and two chairs and a toilet separate from the gleaming bathroom. Towels were thick and thirsty.... More

Rooms were not made up as booked, no soap, given handful of tiny bars when we complained, light bulbs out, given very incorrect information on basic transportation in the area which they had to know.
