Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in an ideal location- it is a 5-10 minute walk to Old Nice and only 15min. from the train station. This is kind of an average hotel, and the best about it is the location. It is only 5 min walk from Square Massena, and really close to a Tram station. I, middle aged, stayed here for three nights with my adult daughter. The staff was friendly. You must walk up a flight of stairs to reach reception. There is no elevator. The room had a shower, good-sized closet, comfortable twin beds. Free use of the hallway computer for internet access. Thin walls, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.... more

The hotel is near to Place Messena and the shop Galleries Lafayette which is on the main shopping street and provided a top location.
