“A lovely week in Nice”

We have just returned home after a short holiday in Nice, staying for four nights with Josephine. We stayed in the Green Room, and slept very well despite the odd rumble of trains and some street noise. Breakfasts were a daily pleasure.

We stayed with Josephine for three nights. The accommodations were more than comfortable, and the refreshing breakfast every morning was accompanied by very pleasant conversation with the owner. Josephine's restaurant recommendations, what with her expertise as a sommelier, were spot on. “perfect B&B”

Josephine hosted us for two comfortable nights. We enjoyed the orange room with its private balcony, where she had lovely pots of geraniums in bloom despite the off-season temps. A very nice room and a great place to stay in Nice. Josephine was incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for our time there. The fresh baked bread and croissants for breakfast were excellent.

Our room was delightfully furnished and quite spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels and linen were excellent. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good with delicious freshly baked croissants. While I am happy to hear you were comfortable & could find no fault with the level of cleanliness & the breakfast served, I cannot help but think it is unreasonable to expect to have air conditioning in late September in a B&B, particularly in a large airy room with huge windows. “Convenient and lovely place”

It's very convenient to stay in this place. Just less than 5 minutes to walk from the train station and less 3 minutes from the tram stop. Actually it's just next to the rail road. Josephine provided all necessary information to ensure we can arrive easily and quickly. Breakfast is awesome.
