The hotel is handy for the Gare SNCF, and 15 mins walk from the Old Town. Rooms facing the street are noisy, and neither of our rooms had operating aircon. (It made a lot of noise but didn't cool). We had to leave the window open to make the rooms cool enough to sleep. More
