The hosts of this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Comfy beds and a simple breakfast in the peaceful outdoor area was wonderful. The location was excellent very close to the beach and bus stop.

The hotel staff is excelente, very helpfull and polite. Gave indications to an excelent restaurante where I had one of the best "crepe" I had. Rooms are basic, nice and clean. No air, lots of stairs, but I would definetly go back again.

This hotel is very well located, just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. The staff are nice and helpful. It was very hot when we were in Nice and the rooms have no fan nor aircon, so we had bad nights sleep. Besides that it is a great cheap hotel.
