The residence is in a reasonable location, but is still a car drive into St.Maxime itself. The gardens are attractive, but the appartment itself was dissapointing. The rooms are simple and functional, but very dated and in need of renovation. All the decor was very 80's at best, the kitchen was rough around the edges and the bathroom pretty dire...
