Please take in account that the service was great: quick check in, they offered us quick sandwiches although the bar was closed, promptly upgraded us because of an air conditioning malfunction... But the location is really average. The beach is far away and so the main attractions of Marseille. It is like going to the boroughs, in fact you feel... More

We are a family of 4 (2 Adults, 1 Child and 1 Infant) The hotel doesnt charge extra for children and offers one baby cot free of charge. The rooms are very spacious. Even with a baby cot , our room could fit 1 more bed easily. With children, this is very helpful as it gives them space to play... More

We spent one night here, since it was almost the only hotel who had a free room. Spent a lot of money, 200 euro, for what we got. What we got was a room that really needs to be refurbished. It felt if we have traveled back 15 years back in time. The staff was very unhelpful when we had... More

I rather stay at aix-au-provence but in matter of Marseille, nothing worst than to be downtown. So took a friend's advise and stay at Bonneveine, wonderful place, where the clever french lives, beach is right over there, nice restaraunts, shopping, 02 supermarkets, one just across street, beautiful (and rich!) people around, best experience ever at France Provence! The hotel has... More

Certainly this is a modern 3 star (french standard) hotel, and on this basis we see no reason for complaint. Would easily rate 3+ (probably 4) stars in Australia. Rooms are large (especially so for French standards) with queen size double bed, pay tv with english selections, ample room for luggage (at least 3 metres between end of bed and... More

The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. We spent 40 euro in taxi's each day just to get to local attractions. If it wasn't for the outdoor shopping center across the street, we would have left!!! The staff was not helpful on any level. No recommendations for restaurants, did not even know where the Tour De France was going... More

We stayed in the Best Western Marseille Bonneveine Prado hotel in October this year. Rooms were a good size but not very comfortable and in need of refurbishment. The hotel is about 40 mins by taxi from Marseille situated in a suburban setting with poor transport. Due to a local transport strike we were forced to take a very expensive... More
