“Don't visit in the winter”

We picked the only 4-star hotel in Aix-les-bains and it was a nice hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff. However, it seems that the hotel, Casino and much of the town doesn't function all that well in the winter. Our stay was from Sunday through Tuesday. The hotel restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday, as well as the Casino bar... More
