Stayed in August 2012 - it was hot, we had an acceptable fan left our balcony open-our little dinners at night on the balcony very splendid- never got overrun by mosquitoes. The Staff was wonderfull went out of their way to help! Our kitchenette room was perfect for us, a great base camp to explore the area.

This was a very bad experience.Grenoble is known to be hot and humid in summer and yet only the most basic of fans were provided for cooling. There are many Citadines in France and this one is the worst of all. There is a terrific potential, but obviously the management of that hotel does not develop it. I stayed at this "hotel" for a week in January. The location is perfect. You can walk to the old town for a lot of restaurants and shops. The tram is around the conner so it's easy to get around. This aparthotel was about a half mile from main shopping area. Our apartment was well equipped especially since my partner and i had been travelling for the last few days. Family of 4 stayed here for Tour De France for 4 nights. Great value, used kitchenette for every meal. Great center city location, staff was helpful and free internet access. Hotel was also next to a large park, great for a morning run. Grocery across the street. only con was a moldy shower curtain.
