We have only one major complaint about this hotel. Our room smelled horrible. It smelled as if 50 people had crammed into it and chain-smoked for a year straight. Location was relatively easy to find but driving around busy Lyon city centre can be frustrating. Very nice furnished room. Big comfortable bed and pillows. It has a small kitchenette with microwave. Very small bathroom. Quiet location and in 5min walking distance from the railway station. The staff is helpful.

This residence of studios and small apartments is only 300 - 400 meters from the Part Dieu station. Located on quieter street and you can walk to the station across a small park. Service was awful, apartment fine and as described online. The front desk staff smiled and said no or yes, made no difference. Room wasn't serviced, only one towel given, despite 2 people booked in, and so on.

The hotel is located just down from the train station so it is easy to get around. The hotel was clean and the staff all spoke English and were available 24 hours.
