The photos i had seen of this hotel completely sold it for me. However upon arriving we realised they we're more than flattering. “Tired, needs some TLC”

This hotel is in need of refurbishment. Old rooms, no air conditioning. No toiletries or nice touches. I would visit Baden Baden again, as it is very pretty, but I would stay somewhere different. The staff were not overly helpful.

Close to the city centre, it's a very elengant and charming hotel (it was a capuchin monastery). It has thermal water in the indoor and outdoor thermal pools as well as in the room's bathrooms. “Great spa hotel”

Hotel is perfectly located for all the sights in baden baden. Only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and thermal baths! Hotels pool and sauna is a bonus on top of lovely room in old part of hotel. Comfortable stay even with our young baby all staff were helpful.

Nice central located hotel from Radisson hotel chain, close to Casino and other city sides. Room (renovated) was clean, comfort and nice, however directly in front side of main Baden street thus noisy..do not expect special facilities but worths a visit on case you decise to spend some days in Baden-Baden city..
