A very good and comfortable place, with nothing exceptional neither anything to complain. Location is good and convinent, there are trams plying from right infront of the hotel gates so one can mover around cheaply the rooms are good comfortable and spacious,

Very nice , spacious rooms , wonderfull staff and services , breakfast & tea bar are very good. Very nice location close to city centre metro station is close to hotel restaurant...... It will be my first choice in my next trip to Karlsruhe...

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, 10 minutes from the main train station, 10 minutes from the congress center and 5 minutes from the castle. The surrounding is quite nice and calm. Rooms are good and well deserve a 4-star class. Breakfast is continental. Quite a nice hotel, apparently run by Marriott. The rooms are very nice, contain nice comfortable pillows of the sort one doesn't always find in German hotels, have air conditioning that works and a generally nice ambiance. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Great breakfast and right across the street from a Scheck-in center - a huge grocery store where you can pick up inexpensive snacks and water. Three blocks from the large mall Ettinger Tor.
