Stayed here for business.. friendly staff, good location, rooms were clean, the only downside is that the rooms are slightly outdated, which wasn't a huge issue for me since I spent minimal time in the hotel. But would definitely stay here again. More

We are a couple in our 60..s . Arrived here after 6 hours of driving in a snow blizzard from Zalzburg. Quite a hustle to go through the building, go down 2 floors, go up six floor... Nice though was to find a very large king size bed with ONE duvet (Comforter), a large one. It was the first we... More

Lovely Spacious hotel. Rooms very clean with lovely feather pillows and duvet. Room was a bit on the warm side, the air con didn't really help, just had to open the window. There was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast with nice comfy seating. Great piano bar open until late, which was great for meeting with friends. Overall a... More

I stayed here in September for 3 nights, arriving Sunday afternoon check in was deserted but I was greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic English speaking receptionist, she effeciently booked me in and directed me to my room. I had to go down 1 floor, walk along an undergound hallway to another building and then take lift to my floor,... More

Very close to the city center and train station. Two food markets close by, less than 2 minutes walk. Room is bit old style, but overall is not bad. Breakfast is good, selection of breads, cheeses, etc. More

Stayed here for business for 2 nights. Got upgraded to a suite. Lobby is very nice. There are 2 buildings, so to walk to my building required taking an elevator, walking a bit, and another elevator. No big deal really. Gym is nice. Has the basic equipment. Pool is small. Funny location of the gym is right off the lobby.... More

Overall this hotel is just another big business hotel. My room (I think most rooms) was located in another building than the main entrance and reception, which results in a long walk from the front door through an underground tunnel to the other building. Service was questionable, I asked 4 times for an iron board before the front desk could... More

I found this hotel slightly old fashioned and faded, but that said it was still an enjoyable stay and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It had a great bar area, although smoking was allowed! It was about twenty minutes walk to the centre, and there was a great bar restaurant in the cinema round the corner which I... More

The Maritim is a great property within an easy walk of downtown Stuttgart, S-Bahn, U Bahn and the major train station. Excellent facilities and good staff. I have stayed here several times and have been hard pressed to find a better hotel for our business activities associated with a major trade show. Their breakfast each morning is fantastic. More
