“Perfect for Us”

We booked the Hotel Hafner through an on-line booking agency, not knowing what to expect once we arrived in Stuttgart. We were pleasantly surprised. This smaller European style, non-chain hotel is exacly the kind of place we like to stay while traveling abroad. We arrived late and were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. Had paid for room in advance through travel agent and arrived at hotel at about 5 pm to be told there was no room available and that my voucher was not valid. Hotel staff just asked me to leave. I called the travel agent who talked to staff and an arrangement was made to put me up in a hotel... More
