This place was outstanding. Quiet, comfortable, peaceful with outstanding views of the mountains. It was very inexpensive and the food was very good and reseasonably priced. They spoke very good English which was good as my Deutsch isnt so good. I love this area of Germany and will definitely be back.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and friendly service from check in to check out. Dinner and breakfast were complimentary and delicious. Would love to stay longer. Family owned very quaint hotel. The proprietor was born in this hotel. He loves to tell stories of the history.

Though i witnessed a whiteout driving into this delightful town i was able to find hotel with lettle effort. I was met by lovely hosts and make to feel at home. They were very helpful on directions to sites near by; eg, Linderhof, Rottenbuch, Wieskirche and Neuschwanstein. Their kichen is run by others, but food very good and Bavarian.
