Nice clean and friendly hotel. Located in a central location and within walking distance to most of the excellent restaurants in the area. A solid choice for those that love the rustic look of old Germany.

We stayed here after visiting the Zugspitze. The folks working here were very friendly and helped us get a reservation at a local restaurant. The beds weren't all that comfy but we got a great deal on the room, free parking, and free wi-fi. Would be a great place to stay for ski season.

Stayed here during the Oberammergau Passion Play 2010. Pretty decent sized rooms. Good breakfast buffet selection. Overall good stay.
